Melanie Weller PT, MPT, OCS, CEEAA, ATC, has over 15 years of diverse experience with an emphasis on treating patients who have failed multiple other interventions. She attended the University of Virginia as an undergraduate where she studied Sports Medicine. She attended the University of Southern California for Physical Therapy school. In addition to being a Physical Therapist and Certified Athletic Trainer, Melanie is board certified by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties in Orthopedics, credentialed by the Geriatrics Section of the American Physical Therapy Association as a Certified Exercise Expert for Aging Adults.
Melanie’s background is in treating patients that have failed other interventions. She says: “We take our cars in every few thousand miles for a tune up and need to do the same thing for our human machines to keep them functioning well. Mechanical dysfunction is very predictable and thus preventable.”
Carol Coutant PT, CEEAA, graduated from Physical Therapy School at The University of Connecticut and is credentialed by the Geriatrics Section of the American Physical Therapy Association as a Certified Exercise Expert for Aging Adults. Her work experience is worldwide, from Athens, Greece, to New Orleans, LA. She is experienced in pediatrics, orthpedics, neurological disorders, lymphatic drainage, orthotic fabrication, and geriatrics.
